Time Change: Due to a district wide staff meeting on August 11th, registration times have been changed. Registration will take place from 2:00-7:00. Thank you for your understanding.
And our Chief of the Week is senior Carter Wodrich. Carter has really stepped into being a fantastic leader for his team and demostrates his committment daily, coming in early to get his workout done or staying late to work with his teammates. We are proud of you, Carter!
Then, our Lady Chief of the Week is 7th grader Brooke Dierking. This week, Brooke had perfect attendance at weights and showed a great work ethic and encouraged others while getting her work done. When a coach asks her to try something new, she does it without hesitation!
First tonight, I want to say again what an amazing job all of our coaches helping this summer have been doing. A top flight program because of those involved. Then, a huge thank you to our booster club for helping on the purchase of a new Rogue dumbbell set for the weight room!
Just finishing up Week 2 of being in the weight room. Some results from the last couple of weeks and our new record boards with names on them already! Keep up the great work Lady Chiefs and Chiefs!
And our Chief of the Week is junior Owen Hostetter. Owen has shown a serious commitment to improving himself and his team during workouts where we have returned to school. He also hit a 9'1 broad jump during testing this week. Awesome job, Owen!
Our Week 6 Lady Chief of the Week is 8th grader Aly Dankenbring. She's recorded three or more workouts every week since virtual workouts began. Aly did a rep max on back squat this week that equalled an estimated 205 lb 1RM. She does a great job of pushing herself and others!

And our Chief of the Week is 8th grader Cy Matthews. Cy's attendance rate is well over 90%, including both virtual workouts and outdoor training on our grounds. We are looking forward to Cy in football this year after his impressive tackling on defense as a 7th grader in 2019!
Our Week 5 Lady Chief of the Week is Brittney Faler. Brittney has an impressive attendance rate to workouts since May including 100% to Zoom workouts. She has also recently been promoted to be an accountability leader for our Lady Chiefs. Great job Brittney!

Our Week 4 Lady Chief of the Week is Kameron Dankenbring! Kam is 100% in training attendance and skill development in 2 sports, 3 or more times a week since May. She's participated in the trash pickup service project and made time her recent timed run challenge. Awesome, Kam!
Awesome to have kids back with us on school grounds for outdoor workouts yesterday and a good turnout of over 50 between the 7 AM and 5:30 PM sessions! Same times tomorrow, see you there!
