Good afternoon, just a reminder that there will be a HS fall sports parent meeting at the high school this Sunday, Aug. 7 at 5 PM, then HS football and volleyball practices begin Monday, Aug. 8. Football will go 7-10 AM and volleyball 8-11 AM. Have a great weekend!

Reminder that beginning tomorrow, Aug. 1-4 will be our final week of summer training for all levels. This is high school "non-contact" week, meaning no sport-specific drills, but we can strength train and condition.
There will be a JH football camp again this week, M-W, 7-9 AM.
The bus will run its normal route and we will train M, T, and Th, with all HS @ 7 AM and JH/ bus riders 9:30-11 AM. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
