Santa Fe's Little Chief Preschool is cancelling it's open house at this time and we will be taking applications by U.S. Mail beginning Monday, April 6 - Friday, May 22. You can download and print the application here from our website, or you can call the elementary office at 660-493-2811 to request an application by mail. Please mail the completed application, a copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization record, along with the $20 application fee to Santa Fe Elementary School, 703 W. Walnut, Waverly, MO 64096. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, please do NOT come to the school to pick up or drop off applications.
Even if your child is currently enrolled this school year, you must fill out the new application and pay the supply fee to hold a spot for your child.
4-year-old students:
- Must be 4 years old before August 1, 2020
- Every day Monday-Friday 8:00-3:15
- Weekly fees: $80 per student
3-year-old students:
- Must be 3 years old before August 1, 2020
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00-3:15
- Weekly fees: $48 per student
Payments may be amended based on Free and/or Reduced lunch qualifications.
Preschool will follow the Santa Fe R-X calendar.
